Dr. Steve Anderson graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College of Los Angeles, California in 2008, and moved back to the Midwest in January 2009 to begin his career as a Chiropractor. He opened Active Chiropractic in North Kansas City on December 1st 2009.
Dr. Steve Anderson learned about the benefits of chiropractic at an early age, growing up with his father being a Chiropractor, Dr. G.E. Anderson. Dr. Anderson’s goal at Active Chiropractic is to treat each patient through Chiropractic manipulations to improve and maintain structural stability. Chiropractic adjustments can facilitate pain relief and recovery by treating the problem − not the symptom. This will allow the patient the ability to perform at their best in all areas of life. He treats families with infants, as well as athletes training for marathons, triathalons, football, basketball, soccer, baseball, combative sport fighters. Dr. Anderson has also worked on a Chiefs player, the hockey team the New York Islanders as well as Miss Missouri.
Dr. Steve Anderson is currently the Official Chiropractor for the Park University Athletic Department. He works with men and women athletes on the basketball, soccer, baseball, track and volleyball teams.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, working out, traveling, reading, camping, serving the youth in his church, going to Sporting KC games, and watching the Chiefs and Royals.
